I am guessing OP meant CBDC? Well, CBDC is never going to do better than Bitcoin, why?

1. CBDC is a centralised digital currency.
2. CBDC is a stable coin.
3. CBDC is going to represent Fiat.

It doesn't make sense to compare something like this with Bitcoin, they are far different from each other.
