I believe that they won't change their decision if you submit a complaint to a mediation center. Someone has filed a complaint on Askgamblers with similar issue, but Coinplay representative hasn't provided any evidence to the Askgamblers team.

So, don't expect anything more from them. Moreover, they are somehow connected with 1xbit casino. We (some forum members) tried to highlight it in their ANN thread before. Both casinos have similar UI. At first, they were showing the old licences information of 1xbit (1xbet) in their casino terms page (see here). Their affiliate terms are also same. Now they are scamming the users in the same way as 1xbit does. You should create a flag against them ASAP.
