I noticed a complaint about deposits in Weeddaddy chat. Perhaps you are the one who is having issues with the deposit there. Unfortunately OP's activity is quite low here. It may take around one week to get a response from them.

BTW, I created a support ticket one month ago and received a response within 24 hours at that time. Maybe the admin is not checking the support ticket regularly now.
