Graham Potter not picking up quick at Chelsea doesn't mean he's a shitty coach, look at Jürgen Norbert Klopp, how many years before he took Liverpool to the top of the world?.

We have to let go of the mentality of the old, today a strong team that's playing collectively for each other can make any manage look very good and possibly win them trophies. Don't forget teams now win managers trophies, I mean Chelsea basically won the Europa league for Sarri and giving him his very first title and that's was the lions giving the goats that (loses lockout games and finals) his first trophy to increase his values and made him a hot cake in the management business.  Teams can win trophies too it isn't always about the manager.
