Everyone has a chance, but Milan is a clear underdog and they will be well aware of this. At the moment, Milan's position in the fight for the top 4 is very shaky and there is no guarantee that next year they will be able to play in the Champions League. For a defending champion, this is a catastrophic state of affairs and I don't think it gives strength to the team. The most that Milan can count on are some draws or minimal victories that will either give them an advantage or move the game into extra time or even a penalty shootout. I do not see an option when they confidently beat Napoli, but the reverse option is very likely.
