Just would like to add some details and share what's going on with my situation and I'm going to attempt to add some proofs although I have no real experience in forum posting,

I at first contacted the email that asked for my kyc documents and told them I wasn't sending them
My docs because I didn't trust them.
However because some reputable members on this thread advised that I should submit kyc and that neodice can be trusted for that I sent in my docs and let them know in the email I changed my mind due to those reasons

It's been now 9 days since I submitted kyc docs and I have not received a reply from them. And of course I have not seen my withdrawal released. It's about 10 days since submitting the required kyc and still not got the money and it's nearing a month since I requested this withdrawal and im still in the exact same position with 1 email from there support that's all I've received and a another guy with neodice that handles this thread has contacted me a few times on here now and looked into my case and overall is trying to help but it took weeks for this to happen  but the thing is I'm still exactly where i started with neodice. The public relations guy on here and the main neodice support aren't even able to get on the same page because support told him I never sent in kyc when they just haven't checked the email because it's been sent for 9 days


So my first impression was  correct and I should've just avoided the casino and saved ttake my advice and avoid this casino. The customer service is awful and the slowest i truly have ever seen
They put u as a customer last and aren't the slightest bit worried about making sure u recieve a quick withdrawal but they will happily take your deposits immediately haha. Be prepared for kyc when u withdraw even tho they say it's rare they ask this is untrue. I would not recommend trusting your sensitive documents with a company that can't even provide basic customer service and takes weeks to release a withdrawal
