I do understand their concern but its not fair to hold my money right they need to return my money first then they can ask whatever or they can go through process but accepting deposit and holding like this is not fair.Fun part is still my deposits are acceptable but not other way.I did uploaded my personal documents along with video selfie what else any site need other than this.Am sure they just didnt cared to solve soon .
It's not funny but a logical step. Because you are limited and you know it, you are not gonna deposit anything unless it resolves and you gain back your faith on the platform. On the other hand if they allow you to withdraw then you will simply withdraw since you know you don't want to miss the chance. Hopefully you issue are solved soon.
