The topic was created 45 minutes after Royse777 "re-launched" Sinbad signature campaign (whereby the application doesn't include providing a bitcoin address lol).
There is also another clue, a statement from the OP which is a blatant joke:
The account was created over a week ago, but could have been in preperation.
Given the day, and the 1 line topic with no evidence, it looks like nothing more than a joke to me...
