Statistically and mathematically yes it's almost no chance especially if you look at how chelsea keeping the bad performance up ... and defend the mediocre manager like potter to have the job ... that's one of many reasons why chelsea wont be able to get pass through real madrid home and away.
But hey it's football right? You can't always judge by those statistics , something impossible often occured and chelsea had it done previously even in the two champions league trophies they are against the odds!
I knew that this is football but we must also be realistic. Chelsea will be facing real madrid which was winning UCL 14 times. You shall be realistic with the performance of chelsea. If chelsea is still being coached by tuchel and i do know if chelsea has same chance as madrid to be qualified for UCL but this time it's very different as it was coaching by potter. Potter didn't even know about how to substituted properly.
Can we say that chelsea has a chance to be qualfied for semi final? I think we can but the probability is very small. It must be even less than 5%.
that's why im thinking madrid will be winning the match easily.
I agree with you, it seems like @Eden Hazard doesn't understand what is going on with Chelsea right now. The current situation and condition of Chelsea under Potter is very bad, I'm pretty sure the Blues will not be able to beat Real Madrid.
The results of the matches of these two teams in the domestic league this week can be used as a benchmark. Chelsea again had to swallow the bitter pill at home and its position slipped to 11th place. Meanwhile, Madrid was able to beat Valladolid with a landslide score of 6-0. I think the result of this match can be an illustration of the extent of the strength of these two teams.
Real Madrid and Chelsea did meet each other in the Champions League and produced different results. This means that these two teams have beaten each other in crucial matches. But Chelsea's current situation is very different, at the moment the Blues have absolutely no vision in the game that Potter implemented.
