I want to say you that your problem will not be solved as once there will be any problem with them the problem is forever. You will not be able to withdraw any of your funds as they are proven scammers and closing your account is to the intention of them to keep you away from taking funds from their site. The user should already move on since the last time he posted his issues on thos thread and there has not been any response from the team, this is their way of operations their first luck with your account with funds in it and afterwards, ignore all your demand and enquiry about the cause or possible solution to the issue.
-Just as shasan said they will never attend to you so you need to look away from expecting anything from a scammer whose aim is to take your money and they have done that by licking your account with your balance.
