I want to say you that your problem will not be solved as once there will be any problem with them the problem is forever. You will not be able to withdraw any of your funds as they are proven scammers and closing your account is to the intention of them to keep you away from taking funds from their site. I am sorry to say that forget about your fund as well as the name of this gambling site.

I think I even tried to explain him myself that his funds are gone and probably been used to pay some shillers around internet.

Even though we can feel empathy for him and for the fact he clearly lost money he could not afford to lose. Perhaps it would better if we let him alone, that may help him to move on faster through the phases of grief. Sad

I also think that if 1xbit considered his case a few months ago and their decision has not changed to this day, then he is wasting time.
Also, I don't think Bitcointalk is the best way to solve this issue, but it's a free forum and everyone is free to post whatever they want (as long as they don't break any rules).
So I don't understand why you don't let him have hope and willingness to continue trying to fight in this case?!
