Yes. We have such a case. We noticed very weird thing happening on our platform. New accounts who have been registering in very close time frame, playing all Relax:Blackjack, and few other games, 100% all accounts winning huge, some of them have shared a same device. We triggered KYC because of this. It came out, that all same country, same city, same age. But we have no clue what girl are you mentioning here. Investigation is on.
Are you investigating on the game itself for the potential exploit? I believe you should hide the name of the game that being abused to avoid potential user that will try to exploit it too.
Most of this scammer services from 3rd world country that makes other person do the KYC for them in exchange for identity. This is common practice in our country since poor people doesn’t care about their KYC being used on shady things in exchange for few bucks. Good job on determining this abusers.
