I came as "Invite friend" from player called Zoki who in real life is father of my best friend. I saw him playing this game and enyojing and decided to try it myself. I made deposit of 150 USDT (to avoid BTC conversion) and asked for first deposit bonus like explained on web page. When tried to log in again to see if I got bonus, instead I coundn't login.. I tried to change password and after that got information that I'm banned.. Without any explanation, without KYC, without anything.. They stole my 150 USD for nothing!
Obviously, you have not shared any document to support your claims such as a screenshot from your blackjack fun account and even an account ID, and the official of blackjack already detected that you played from same device and you said the user is the father of your best friend in real life?
