The unresolved ones are also from freshly created accounts that then just spam this forum for months.. they don't provide any evidence apart from the story and the drama, so you can say the same in both situations.
Let us consider that spam. And newbie spamming from that time. But I wonder if there is any response from the team from the beginning of the posting of the spammer. I don't think they have tried to figure out the issue. Can you show any evidence that they have tried to figure out the issue.
