it is very unfortunate if bitvest has to continue to lose their customers because of problem after problem that all of their customers continue to get
but that's definitely what happened, even though lightlord has been inactive for a long time but the team from Bidvest is definitely still monitoring this topic, I don't know how long they will return to responding to all customer complaints that comment on this ANN thread biggest topic
I don't think Bitvest care about the community because if there do, they would have been more active and not exited the forum and abandon the ANN thread to become a spam mega thread such that it has turned out to be.
-One of the things I have noticed about most big casinos is that, whenever they build bog community base and have gained traffic, they tend to neglect the most important which is to sustain their community.
For sure they care about their community they somehow having a good run before and backed with some marketing stints, but now they are totally fading. Maybe they are not earning any good amount of money to pay up people to market them also to fill their hot wallet from time to time. Provably this is one of the reason why they abandon this thread because they lose the interest of the people and they don't want to see constant criticism once errors happening again in their casino.
