I don't think Bitvest care about the community because if there do, they would have been more active and not exited the forum and abandon the ANN thread to become a spam mega thread such that it has turned out to be.

I wouldn't equate the level of community-care with activity on this forum. The best metric on whether they care or not is whether the customer service is responsive and whether players' issues are resolved in timely manner.
They're in no way obliged to be active on any particular forum or social media platform, it's entirely their choice.
This thread keeps bumping itself pretty nicely without any official BitVest representative's involvement, so they got that part of the marketing right
