I agree with you that Barcelona will not self destroy their big gap with Real Madrid and reward the title in their hands to Real Madrid within last several matches in La Liga. They also have good form that does not make me to think it's possible to see they suddenly turn over completely from super good to super bad form which is a condition for Real Madrid to catch Barcelona.

It is not impossible. It is increasingly unlikely as the calendar progresses and the gap is maintained, but we cannot rule out a comeback.
