These names mentioned are still under consideration but I think Julian Nagelsmann is the bookmakers' favourite to replace Graham Potter. He is viewed as one of the most progressive young coaches in world football and has a number of admirers in England. But after seeing Chelsea sack two managers already this season, the club's level of expectation is set to be an important consideration for managers. Imo any replacement is welcome, but it will not change Chelsea's fate. Having an owner who puts fingers into everything and buys players like in a virtual game will stagnate progress.
Whoever the Chelsea coach will be immediately faced with a very tough job because Chelsea's target is to achieve a better position in the EPL and also of course the desire to qualify for the UCL semi-finals. But what is clear is that Chelsea's fate seems to be at the limit regarding their two competitions which are still active at this time.
