Still, I believe any rank should be paid a Minimum $20 if they tried fast and Note both features since it will cost them a minimum of $10 as fees.
Depending on the turnout, previous reviewers may be revisited and awarded more but I do agree with you on the above. The user who complained did not mix as they said the service was unavailable at the time which is why $15 seemed fair, to me.
