I think you misunderstood. He said he might make changes depending on the circumstances, not that he would necessarily do so.
Obviously there would be some changes. The time and process of hiring was fast and I think he will take indepth time to check this week performance and may likely remove some users in order to accept more quality posters. He might do this by reducing the slot for Snr member rank and increase that of Hero and Legendary as majority of the ex chipmixer participants are Legendary users.
There are alot of mixers in competition now and this may continue until one completely stands out of the crowd.
