I think that the best time to gamble is always going to be "When you have money" LOL

I emphasize when you have money and make sure that you have that as an extra. I think the best gambling time is always when you can afford it and have set a budget to prevent losing so much that you would try a revenge bet or something when you lose.

Have risk management with gambling; you can profit from your games if you are patient enough.
