Russian billionaires doesn't have anything to do with it. Look at the increase in US billionaires.
The increase in billionaires is simply caused by a banking system that makes inflation. More money to the rich is simply stealing money from the few poor who have some.
The increase in Russian billionaires only came about because Russia started doing fair and free trade with the world, just like the US does. The US didn't like it, so they declared war on Russia... Russia who was out US-ing the US regarding trade.
People and countries and their leaders are waking up to the slave-making operations of the US fiat banking system. That's why they are moving towards BRICS.
