I don't understand why the Bayern Munich management sacked Nagelsman. Nagelsman was a good enough coach. And Bayern Munich's performance was not weak. Even so, the Munich management decided to fire Nagelsman. Potter, on the other hand, has had plenty of time to stabilize his team. But he failed completely. Chelsea management should have taken the decision to sack Potter earlier. However, Nagelsman looks more likely to be Chelsea's coach. Because Chelsea can't find an experienced coach like Nagelsman at the moment. If Nagelsman becomes the coach of Chelsea, I believe he can stabilize the team.

Bayern is a top club and it's not enough for them to be good or good enough. All top clubs need top results, and with last year's loss to Villarreal, even Bayern's excellent performance (at the time of Nagelsmann's dismissal) in the Champions League looked weak against the backdrop of the situation in the Bundesliga.
The only thing that surprised me was the timing, but this seems to be due to the fact that Bayern wanted Tuchel and insured themselves that he would leave for another club before he was hired.

Baern Munich had only one game after they started working with Tuchel but during this game, I saw them perform much better than I was expecting they had a plan for every minute of the game while when Nagelsmann was coaching this team I remember they sometimes had bad performance against weak teams. On the other hand, I wanted to see these two teams face each other in a semi-final or final match because it's too soon to say goodbye to Manchester City.
