its only 5 dollars....But I can screenshot this thread where im asking to buy btc or the other person can screenshot it just incase...chargebacks only work if theres not enough info for paypal, so screenshots like this sent to them should stop scammers and whatnot..

No. All one has to do is claim fraud. We see it daily.
Ok you need evidence to claim so. Without it, paypal won't refund you anything...If anyone gonna sell .01 BTC? it's 5usd not 5,000 for christs sakes.
Read the Scammer section. PLENTY of evidence there. Scammers often ask for small amounts then move to larger. If you scammed 10 people a day for $5 USD, that's a decent wage for hitting keys.
