I've never heard of this site before. I think the importance of signature campaigns can be understood from here. You have a very nice 4-letter domain, but you haven't done much about promotion.
You can define weekly free bets and spins to attract more users to the site. You can give this right to high-level ranks in the forum to prevent multi accounts. In the Games & Rounds section, you can open various prediction competition threads. Such campaigns usually attract the user to the site.
Bonus system is the next state because when the site gets high amount of traffic and organic users they can give bonus facility to keep the users for long time.  But when a new site enters the gambling marketing, its first task is to market its site very well.  and attract users. Signature campaigns help a lot in marketing a site in this regard. And that's why reputable casinos spend thousands of dollars to run long-time signature campaign  here. So if new sites run long-time signature campaigns here with a big budget they might get a positive result.
The importance of running a signature and another promotional campaign can not be underrated as long as the new company want to build a solid awareness among gamblers to increase their visibility in the fast growing gambling market, but then even if a site has all the promotions and campaigns but without quality services on their site or questionable team running it, in no time there may be forced out of the business of gambler losing interest in them.

*From history,  we have seen quite a good number of casinos that started on this note but now are no were to be found, it's either their close down abruptly or simply exit the public space due to their inability to meet current demands, so for the fact that a new project start up with all the promotion and publicity stunts they could but without consistency and up to date improvement of the general function of the casino it will still amount to a waste of time and resources for the company.

*I believe that casinos that succeed most in here are those who are well prepared before entering the market with a clear road map and designs of lay down planned activities that will keep the company on its toes to constantly compete with others in the market.
