Hi there,

I'm part of a team developing a crypto/blockchain game that has big $$ prize potential. I'm doing some research and hoping this community can help. If you guys have any insight/thoughts on the following questions please share them. We are really trying to build something that is enjoyable for the crypto gaming/gambling community.

- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players?
- What would you like to see?
- What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)?
- Who are some absolute Degens in the space?
- Aside from BitcoinTalk (this forum) where else do you get your news that you trust (which newsletters, sites, which Youtubers, any twitter accounts)?

We just want to build this game the right way that players actually enjoy playing in addition to potential of winning big....  Grin

Thanks all.
A fun question from a so-called developer, you said you are a blockchain game developer, if you are saying fact why are you asking people what makes a game fun to play? Remember you are the developer here? Your job is to figure that out on your own, no one is going to give you an idea about a fun new game you can build, if you don't have a clue you shouldn't be a game developer in the first place, the job of a game developer is to create a fun addictive game for players, the fun and mechanics of the game is what players need.
Sorry but you are wrong mate, being a developer does not necessarily mean that he should know what gamblers/players really want as a fun.
Remember, as our faces are different, so is our desires, what interest me might not interest you, we all have our different preferences, and what the developer likes as a game, might not be liked by those who play the game, so it is absolutely not out of place to try to inquire from the community what type of game would be really fun for us to play..

It's like a survey, a company surveying their customers, as well as potential customers, to find out which of their products the customer  enjoy the most, results from such survey will help the company determine which of their product to give more attention on and improve it, and which to give less attention on.
although I doubt whether the OP is really a game developer or not, what is certain is that I'm just trying to respect other people's opinions.

more precisely the OP was just asking for advice from gamblers here what kind of game they want and with what features.
so the OP asked everyone who loves to gamble more advice to express the interest gamblers want.
on the other hand the OP might as well have done some research as @Fivestar4everMVP said to develop a game that many gamblers out there love and are interested in.

so it's not because of the OP a developer should always develop games with his own mind. but it is natural for developers to ask questions and seek advice from customers to provide the best advice in developing games with a large audience.
