My opinion will remain the same without the internet Bitcoin transactions can never be fulfilled.
A few days ago I saw in Nigeria or some country where local people did offline transactions through mobile code verification, but I think the decentralization benefit of bitcoin will be reduced a bit because there will be a central that will release bitcoins after receiving the messages.
Finally the same thing will come up again and again that bitcoin transactions would never be possible without the internet
