I believe that's the culprit and based on some of the issues & fixes ^{[e.g. this one]} on Google, it usually affects the CPU and memory, but for some reason, it's affecting my GPU instead.

I tried both of them and at first, I thought it worked, but as soon as I interacted with the app ^{[specifically the Twitter feed section (scrolling and etc...)]}, my GPU usage goes up to the 20 - 30% range.
^{- From what I understood, normally it shouldn't have that kind of impact, so perhaps there's a bug that's causing it (BTW I'm using an Nvidia GPU on Windows 10).}
