I think that is understandable. Other electronics products are also more significantly expensive due to taxes, etc. I assume official resellers need that extra cut to make it profitable since they have to follow all the procedures to import and so on. Ledger and other hardware wallet manufacturers need to get some global reseller cooperations, for example with local electronic shops.
