Instant payments is the most important feature a casino should have imo. If I can't immediately withdraw my money whenever I want it, then I am not going to play on that casino. It is that simple. Reputation/Casino age/No KYC are the next most important features. The casino's age shows how determined they are to stay in this business. A hit&run casino would be gone in a few months maybe a year and that because either they are incompetent or they are scammers. A good casino knows its shit and they are here for the long term.
Nr of payment methods, Bonus programs, selection of games etc. these are cool features too but they don't really have to be the top quality.
I could agree with your list, especially instant withdrawals. It's not necessarily a dealbreaker for me if a casino wouldn't have this feature available as long as they are reputable enough that I can trust them, but most often than not it's going to be one of my most sought for features for when I'm trying out a new casino. With KUC however, I think it's pretty important (evidently if you'd check my list) but I could understand why people wouldn't want KYC. It's tedious, and other bad adjectives lmao.
