Since your disregard for the KYC request is what got you banned in the first place, I highly advise you to send the KYC documents to the team ASAP. Please be advised that providing KYC documents does not constitute permission to restore your account or to withdraw your current balance. It is your obligation to complete KYC per T&C 3.9, which you agreed to when you sign up and also been informed to you via email:

I dont get it. If you claim I got banned for disregarding KYC, you are now telling me doing KYC might not accomplish anything is that correct?
3.9 We have the right to carry out “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures and access to your Member Account may be blocked or closed if you don’t complete KYC verification or we determine that you have supplied false or misleading information.
I'm curious what reason there is to keep my account banned if I provide KYC, what a great stand from a "reputable casino".
