Well, everything that says "Free" in a casino is not how the word or the concept of the word encompasses it, rather they will mean "free but with conditions" and these conditions greatly limit the majority of players when they say free they interpret it as a gift that the casino gives them and that it is also withdrawable, that is what the casinos do not understand, and by using those words they make many people upset and start the problems, just like with the bonuses, because I Personally, I have a very different concept of "bonus" from what is applied in casinos, which doesn't add up to me, but now at least I know how it is, those things I think are the ones that start conflicts.

I would say that nothing is "Free" in a casino. Even if the casino gives you bonuses or free money to play, they won't let you withdraw it without demanding a tough wagering requirement which 99% of the people will fail to fulfill. Sometimes the casino gives you free money on your deposit and we think that this is for us but infact, the casino uses it as a tool to get more deposits from the gamblers and the casino owners know that 90% of the gamblers will lose everything while wagering.
Certain. Casinos are a business to get benefits from their customers, so it's only natural that casinos give bonuses to gamblers and will eventually lose because of the demands of reaching the bonus conditions.
No casino wants to lose, while gamblers who get a number of wins or bonuses will not match the losses that gamblers have gotten.
Their focus (gamblers) is on the bonus, they usually without thinking twice and read in advance what terms and conditions they must achieve in order to make a withdrawal. This is commonplace, but of course the casino will provide terms and conditions and they should be able to understand that. Casinos definitely have their own rules regarding what the word "bonus" is, so we can assume their definition of bonus is the same as our definition of bonus. Unless the casino doesn't tell us what the terms and conditions are for claiming the bonus, then we can dispute it.
