If P2Pool's bad luck keeps harassing us, I will gradually switch part of the miners somewhere else, however I think it's not a very good idea... P2pool is not broken and it should give the max profit.

Old accounts are getting less performances because hashing power is no more split evenly across deposits, but it's allocated proportionally to the USD value at the time the deposit has been made. However newer accounts when completed will give their hashing power to old ones
Well, that sucks for us early adopters (bit of a kick in the face), but I suppose it's necessary (or something like it) to get new people through the door.
