But of course, it is possible and useful to conduct a survey, but it is far from always possible to understand what is right to improve.
There are many proposals that preclude concurrency in development.  For example, some people write that it is necessary to make the button on the screen bigger and to the right, and the same part writes that it is better to place it on the left and make it smaller.  And then what to do!  This is generally incomprehensible.  Of course, when 80-90% of respondents agree with the change and refinement of the interface, this should be implemented.  But changes to improve the game for the user are not always so obvious.
But it is precisely to clarify such obvious changes that it is very correct to conduct a survey.
Surveys are conducted to get a general overview of what the public thinks about a certain thing or how they want it to be, and even if the results are mixed, the survey conducting team will still know what they need to do and if it is conducted by a software or game development team, survey results can greatly help even if they aren't totally as per expectations.

So the basic purpose of conducting the survey is achieved eventually. If we talk about this particular survey, I think it is always a good thing to ask the audience what they would like to have as a game next.
