I wish there was some other of saying this but there is not because there is no good news for you. First I am sorry for your loss but you have to accept there is almost zero chance 1xbit will resolve your case.

You cannot be blamed for trying to get your funds but from what know about the history (and tactics of 1xbit), it seems clear your funds will never be returned to you.
