So I'm wondering where did you get the fact that gambling solved many mental stress issues. Anyway, being curious for this is fine as long as you don't make accusation probably we are just curious if they are really paying the reward or just stop the promotions when there's enough participants already, hard to tell and most of the time casinos will not disclose this which can create a speculation.
