I tried logging in, but it didn't work, then tried changing my password, and it still didn't work. They could find my email, to send change password message, but tried it twice and I couldn't log on. I made my account when they first announced, but I just can't get back in

In my case, it turned out I had to manually press the "Check for Deposits" button to make it update my balance. I didn't notice that before the support guy emailed me.

I can't see why they can't automatically check it once in a while.
