Please hold your horses mate. I did not mention anything about being scammed or any signs of a scam by TrustDice. Our cases are completely different, and despite what happened or who made the mistake, your behavior warrants being ignored. You should learn how to discuss things respectfully and avoid spamming.
Its been almost 48h with no response since my KYC was sent, yet the trustdice rep is active talking about bonuses. Apparently another btctalk member got their account blocked in the meantime and there are still people dickriding trustdice for their "decisiveness" and applauding their behaviour.
The KYC verification process takes more than two days so please be patient. Also you should note that the representative here is different from the team that takes care of document verification. The best option for you is to wait for their answer and refrain from spamming here as it only reflects badly on your case.
First of all, I don't even know where my case stands since the last message directed at me was "you should send KYC ASAP and MAYBE you will get unbanned" 48h ago and I have never gotten conformation the team was indeed reviewing my case or had even accepted the docs. Which is
Secondly, I dont understand why you are telling me to refrain from spamming messages? I went back and forth a bit with trustdice's representative about my case and then responded/commented on someone else's opinion on a different matter 2 days ago. In fact, other than the message basically asking for an update, its been 48h since I last posted in this tread.
