It's no news that Lampard's appointment as caretaker coach seems surprising with the current spell at Goodison Park nowhere good enough, to warrant such a high-profile job but a return to the English premier league will further improve his coaching skills and boost his reputation no doubt he might do better this time around he we get the chance to work with the likes of mason mount, Thiago silver, and kepa I must say that Lampard will make an exceptional manager this time around compared to to the previous. he has kept the character he had as a player in his personality as a coach which has inspired some of us he has committed himself with everything he has got he earned it and I believe he will bring the best out of his squad
I hope that Lampard can bring change to Chelsea, especially against Madrid, of course there is a lot to be prepared, especially overhauling and organizing better tactics, yes, even though I know it is difficult to make Chelsea in a short time better than before, but hopefully Lampard knows how way of making it even better because he had previously managed Chelsea before. 
I mean Chelsea has made it into the quarterfinals after all. They have beaten Borussia Dortmund and that overall win agains them was definitely deserved in both legs taken together. I think the players might be demoralized in the Premier League because there isn't really anything to play for anymore. It is possible that we are going to see a totally new face of the entire squad when they know what is on the line and they are playing against one of the best teams in the world. There are no excuses anymore when you are heads up with Real Madrid in the Champions League. They don't want to be embarrassed and these games against Real are a big chance for them to give back to all their fans after a catastrophic season. Lampard hopefully understands to push the right buttons mentally and get them going.
