Hi guys, i'm a new user in this forum and I just wanna know, how do I get merits on my post. Is it just by writing or are there any other task involved.

Welcome to the forum! Merits are rewards for good posts, so if you want to get merits you have to make valuable contributions to discussions. I wouldn’t worry much about merits on my first day, search for knowledge and your time here will be worth something.
