Thank you very much for the inquery. I am surprised how they can not reply regarding this limitation. They should provide a reason if I have abused or did anything which should not do. Then I would not bother that and din not send them any message or would not post anything regarding it.
I am not playing on this site now so I am not eligible for the coupon as minimum wager required 2000$. Though I have received their email regarding the coupon.
Note: I am still eligible for the nitro though I usually do not take nitro bonus.
