   -  Active support from their support is more okay for me than from different social media platforms. Because it seems more dangerous in my opinion.
yes, I agree with you. active and responsive support is more convenient for gamblers. instead, they had to go to social media to contact a casino representative to solve our problem. it is very uncomfortable.
let social media be the marketing ground for recruiting new members. and support on the platform requires experienced people to make the service feasible and enjoyable. especially for online casinos, all problems are handled quickly and will be the best service.
Because of this mixed up that is why many casinos are now closing their other communication channels and concentrating on online support alone, we have some casinos like even in this forum who have locked their ANN thread and instructed players who have any issues to contact their support for help going forward,  while that could be bad for their marketing and development its also bad for their reputation since many will lose interest in them and wanting to play on only casinos that have an active representative here on the forum because it boosts players confident to know that they can easily reach out to a representative here even though the ticket is raised with the support.

But then as a player, the only channel of communication should be through support, because their part of the security team and they can give you an accurate and on-time results if your case is not serious, but through representatives or promoters, the same issues may take longer for it to get resolve.

Which casino has closed their ANN thread here on bitcointalk except for owl.games? I do not know what the reason for their decision may be but generally speaking, all the casinos which have their Ann thread here are active and none of them seems to leave this forum.

Why would they leave this forum when they are getting good business from here? a good casino should have a presence on all social media platforms, on all gambling related forums, and also be active on their support on their website. Leaving any marketing space unattended will mean less business and fewer players for that gambling site.
