We should first think about this thing that we should not blame the whole system for the bad intentions of a few bad people, we should vanquish those people and those bad intentions. So the way to make it harder for criminals to use Bitcoin, is to control the activities of criminals, when those activities will not be there, how will it (bitcoin) be used for bad purposes?
