1xbit gave him a false hope to look into his account so he thought that's really the case. But it's just a word and no action, 1xbit is indeed scam and gamblers should avoid playing in this casino.
Currently they're running a new signature campaign to advertise their platform. But I hope gamblers (especially the newbies) will do their research before deciding to play so they won't end up having similar experience like those who got scammed by this casino.
That is the game scammers like to play, they delay things up with the idea that the person which is asking for their money back eventually gives up, using the perverse logic that if they simply waited a little bit more then they could have gotten their money back.
However we know the truth, a person could wait for week and months and they will never get their money back, so if someone wants to avoid the same happening to them then they should take a few minutes to investigate the casino in which they are interested, and if they find anything they think is not right then they should not play at that casino and protect their coins this way.
