I honestly thought that after so much evidence @fennic got a perma-ban and that I wouldn't hear about him again on the forum, but he seems to have nine lives or one of the admins is his uncle

It's clear to me that you can't just kick some people out of the forum because they keep coming back like a boomerang, but don't evil fees play any role for those people? Do they pay for new accounts, or do they somehow slip through the system?
