The post was deleted, but the user did not receive a perma-ban, at least not according to BPIP. Maybe it's a temporary ban, and maybe mods have a little more tolerance these days. Probably he won't be so lucky next time, he's not Jason Bourne after all
No, he didn't get any punishment. Our global moderators and administrators have become too lenient to such users
In any case, there is some good reason why they started treating such a violation as plagiarism this way, I think.
