If Lampard will deliver Chelsea as coach is still under probability,  the number of games left will prove if he his competent  for the job or not. But I still get so confused why it is so difficult for the owner of Chelsea to bring a good coach who is good for the work. Lampard Lose his first game as coach for the team , this give me impression Real Madrid will beat them.
It will be difficult for Chelsea to beat Real Madrid, although I don't think they can match Real Madrid's game on Thursday.
Indeed, now Lampard has officially taken care of the team nicknamed The Blues, but it looks like it will only be the same as Potter who doesn't make good changes for Chelsea, we can also see in last Saturday's game Chelsea against Wolves suffered 1 - 0 defeat and this is Chelsea's first defeat while coached by Lampard this season.

In fact, I would not believe Chelsea can achieve something in the Champions League this season. Moreover, they have to beat Real Madrid, a team that is not easy to beat.

Making a comparison between Potter and Lampard is not worth it, why? Because when Graham Potter was signed in the early days of the season, he had the chance to impress the team by scoring goals and winning matches but it has been three losses and 1 win repeatedly which of course is bad business for the club but then the coming of Lampard is already late for the season, what more can he do with just 8 matches prior to the end of the season in the domestic league and these matches are not just ordinary games, they have London derby in the domestic league and Real Madrid in Champions League, I think Chelsea are in hot soup but let's see what happen next 2 days.

Everyone is tipping Real Madrid to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. But it would not be right to underestimate the Chelsea team. Because the Champions League platform is completely different. Chelsea reached the quarter-finals on their merits. So it is not right to underestimate any team.
