KYC is an important consideration for players and so giving a conditional response with "may" may not be appreciated as direct response as it varies. So it will be nicer to guide players on that or if there are conditions that will warrant the request for KYC. For example if there is a particular range of winning that will require request for KYC or not, this will be fine instead of playing without the fire knowledge and later requiring KYC update. This I think can be properly cleared as a representative without a customer necessarily having a particular experience with playing.
