If I understood you correctly, then CoinMarketCap should do what you're looking for.  Let's say you want to compare BTC with ETH:

1. Go to Bitcoin's page: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/
2. Just above the chart, you will see a "compare with" text field, look for Ethereum.
3. The chart should now load with both prices.
