Isn't it quicker if you use the "forgot password" feature of livecasino instead of contacting live support to recover your password since they will indeed suggest that to you in the first line of your conversation with them?
Forgot password feature is obviously quicker way than contacting support (both live support or by email). Most forgot password feature will just ask us to provide email then we will get the link to reset password. I have no idea why he should contact support just for such easy/small case.
